60 months aged Parmigiano Reggiano liquid ravioli and white truffle

Roe deer, rice vinegar demiglace, persimmon in compote, parsley radish and nasturtium

Frangipan with wild cherries, wasabi cherry ice cream, vanilla scented creme anglaise
